First impressions are everything. When it comes to the home you're living in or the one you're trying to sell, it only takes 3 to 6 minutes for any one person to make an assessment about your living situation. To make sure that 3 to 6 minutes leaves all your guests thoroughly impressed, renting luxury furniture is the way to go. While “luxury” is more often than not associated with a heavy price tag, it can actually prove to be a more profitable solution when it comes to renting luxury furniture.

Going away on business for a long period of time? Checking out a new city for a year but unsure as to whether you want to live there? Renting luxury furniture can be the best way to make your home away from home as comfortable as possible, and can prove to be a more affordable alternative to committing to a furniture purchase. You will have complete control of your living environment. Rather than getting stuck with a bed frame or a night stand you'll eventually grow out of, you can keep it for as long as you like, and switch out for new accommodations as you see fit. It also eliminates the hassle of lugging furniture back and forth, cross-country. Just set up your furniture for as long as your lease lasts, and head back home without having to transport so much as a coffee table.

Hotel accommodations may be enough for some people going away for a long period of time. Depending on the level of comfort you seek, this may be good enough. However, with a luxury bedroom set, you can get the comfort of five-star living for the price of a low-end hotel. Your rent is $600/mo. Factor in a luxury Jameson Queen Bed for $150/mo. It'll up the rent to about $750, but you'll be sleeping like royalty. This would be equivalent to spending $25 a night at a hotel, one without the same square footage, no kitchen, and questionable beddings.

When going away for a long period of time, it's best to weigh your options. How comfortable do you want to be in your temporary living situation? How much am I willing to spend a month? Whether you opt for a hotel stay or a more personalized apartment, the decision can either make or break your out-of-town experience.

Making a good first impression can mean little to some people, at which point luxury furniture can seem a little superfluous. However, if you're in the area of real estate, the first impression means everything. By renting luxury bedroom sets, you can furnish the living space or model apartment to look more appealing to buyers, increasing your chances of taking the home off the market. It's also a good idea to hire a Home Stager. These professionals have presentation down to a science. The angles of your sofa arrangement, the artwork, the fruit sitting on the kitchen counter, every single detail can change the way buyers see their future home. By renting luxury furniture and hiring a Home Stager, you can get the most out of your sale.

People often dream of living like a king for a day. You can live like a king for as long as you want if you consider renting luxury furniture. For people looking to sell a home, the luxurious setting can remind potential buyers of this same dream, which often leads to a successful sell. When it comes to renting furniture, you shouldn't sell yourself short by ruling out your luxurious options. You'll find that living like a king can be worth it.

Good point about the furniture set-up for real estate agents and property managers. I've sometimes found myself basing an apartment entirely on the layout of the furniture forgetting none of it even comes with the place after i move in.
